If there's one thing we've learned about farm life, it's that the work never stops. And so it is at Nurture Creek where our ideas are endless and so too is our list of things to do. But that's the beauty of our little slice of paradise - every day it gets better - more interesting, more comfortable, and more fun. LOG CABIN RENOVATION
The Log Cabin was built in the 1940's by the goldminers who came to find their fortunes. Built from logs harvested from the property, it was totally off the grid.
We have now finished renovating this remarkable piece of history and it is now available for guests to stay and have a truly unique experience.
It has a Queen Bedroom, Lounge with fireplace, tea/coffee facilities, an off-grid outhouse, and a fabulous outdoor cooking space overlooking the paddocks and hills views.
BUSH REGENERATION
Nurture creek has 5 acres of native bushland that is home to incredible species of flora, fauna and fungi. We also border the beautiful Sassafras Creek so always have a wide array of native friends visit the property.
We are always working hard to eliminate invasive weeds, while rejuvenating and encouraging a variety of indigenous plants to be homes for incredible our birds and mammals.
There is one paddock that we are in the process of turning into an indigenous flower garden, and we have plans for a meandering path leading to a beautiful picnic space to enjoy while never having to leave the property.
